CANCELLATION POLICY
5-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD We allow a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. After 5 minutes, your appointment may be considered late and may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the service and availability. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION All appointments must be confirmed the night before your scheduled appointment. We will reach out to you to confirm your appointment. If we do not receive a response by the end of the night, your appointment may be canceled and the time slot will be released. Please make sure your contact information is up to date and that you are checking your messages so you do not miss your confirmation request. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to the card on file at our discretion. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file at our discretion. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us regarding your absence, you will be considered a no-call/no-show. For no-call/no-show appointments, 100% of the scheduled service total will be required to be paid before you are eligible to book and return for another appointment with us. A card on file is required for all appointments. We do not currently require deposits, but your card on file authorizes us to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees according to this policy. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation, confirmation, and no-show policy.
